INDICATIONS FOR USE FOR ADULTS*:

  • respiratory tract infections, including pneumonia 
  • uncomplicated infections of the skin and subcutaneous tissue 
  • complicated intra-abdominal infections 
  • uncomplicated and complicated urinary tract infections 
  • septicemia 
  • empirical therapy of patients with neutropenic fever 
  • prevention of postoperative complications in intra-abdominal surgery 

INDICATIONS FOR USE FOR CHILDREN*:

  • pneumonia 
  • urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis 
  • skin and subcutaneous tissue infections 
  • empirical therapy of patients with neutropenic fever
